Our interactive classroom learning, the Bluegrass Leadership Academy, is designed to instill habits, skills, and strategies essential for effective leadership. Open to those aspiring for promotions or looking to enhance their leadership abilities, this program exemplifies our dedication to developing leaders from within. This initiative works in conjunction with the Frontline Leadership Academy, a program targeted to build soft skills like communication, customer service, conflict resolution, and accountability in our leaders.
At Bluegrass, we celebrate our team members' contributions through initiatives like the Spot On! Awards and the Service Award Program. These recognize excellence and highlight our appreciation for their dedication to our core values and years of service.

Our Chaplain Program is a unique offering to build a harmonious work environment, increase retention, and boost productivity. We know life can be challenging, and our chaplains are a resource for our team members to work through those challenges. Our chaplains provide advice, directions, and even resources to overcome whatever team members may face. By providing a space for team members to discuss personal or professional challenges, this program fosters meaningful relationships and supports the well-being of our workforce.
Bluegrass values giving back to the community. Our team members actively participate in volunteer programs with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Curbside Ministries, Hope House, the Foundry, and the Center for Courageous Kids, reinforcing our commitment to social responsibility.
Listening to our team members' feedback is crucial. Following our annual team member survey, we implemented numerous benefit enhancements, including partnering with a nationally recognized 401K provider, reducing insurance costs, and introducing on-demand pay.
